Day Five

I've been faithfully attending my personal training sessions and boy am I sore. SORE. My back, my thighs, all over my buttocks, my stomach--especially in the rib region... After this mornings' routine, I could barely walk down a flight of stairs. And I'm loving it. lol I'm going to be right back at it tomorrow! This year, I really want to join a crew team and start running small marathons. It has begun. [Can't you hear the Rocky anthem in the background?!] I'm so serious. lol ;]

Just wait until August 20th!
